Detego Global is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager – Customer & Market to join our growing product team. This is a customer-facing, market-driven role for someone who thrives on understanding user needs, translating them into compelling product strategies, and championing the voice of the customer across the business.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to gather insights from end users and prospects, while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure customer value remains at the centre of every product decision. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with customers and reviewing product roadmaps, connecting external market needs with internal teams with clarity and conviction.
Based in a hybrid environment, with remote working and office presence in Horsham, the role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Principais responsabilidades:
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ workflows, pain points, and goals through interviews, site visits, user research, and feedback sessions.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer, ensuring user needs and market insights drive product prioritisation and roadmap decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and prospects, acting as a trusted product advisor.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Translate customer insights and market intelligence into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, communicating priorities clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support product launches from planning and success metrics through to enablement, training, and competitive positioning.
- Identify market trends, competitive developments, and emerging customer needs to continuously refine product strategy.
- Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the platform’s value.
O que procuramos:
- Proven experience in a product management role, with a track record of delivering customer-valued outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong ability to gather, synthesise, and act on qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
- Experience working directly with customers, prospects, or partners, including in commercial or pre-sales settings.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate product strategy and positioning to internal and external audiences.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive and customer audiences.
- A problem-solving mindset and the initiative to drive solutions across the business.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and working alongside engineering teams.
- A degree in business, marketing, computer science or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or enterprise software, ideally within security, law enforcement, defence, or intelligence-related markets.
- Familiarity with digital forensics, OSINT, SIEM, or related technologies.
- Experience with product analytics, CRM, or customer feedback platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, or UserVoice.
- A formal product management qualification (Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or similar).
