The Role:

Detego Global seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee our ISO certifications and compliance. In this impactful role, you’ll manage our current ISO 9001 certification and work to secure ISO 17025 and 27001.

This is a chance to shape best practices for an organisation poised for growth. You’ll lead process improvements and build a culture of quality across departments.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience implementing quality systems, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to liaise across teams.


Reports to:

  • Technical Director


Place of Work:          

  • Company HQ and training suite- Horsham, West Sussex
  • Working from home possible where appropriate



  • £40,000 + depending on experience


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Evaluate the adequacy of quality standards
  • Routinely analyse quality data and other documentation, seeking to understand trends and capitalise on lessons learned and corrective actions taken
  • Manage and present information to leadership to convey the organisation’s status and standings regarding the implementation of the QMS and compliance with standards
  • Implement internal audit program, assessing the organisation against QMS, certifications and regulatory standards
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Oversee corrective action plans of organisational elements to determine adequacy and completion of corrective actions
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Oversee the implementation of corrective actions by other organisational elements
  • Monitor risk management activities


Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Quality Manager is required
  • Experience in Digital Forensics or Law Enforcement is a bonus
  • Experience with ISO standards
