As the Business Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and scale a high-growth business unit, driving the evolution of our 24/7/365 professional CCTV monitoring and management services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for DPS’ CCTV and surveillance technology solutions
- Take complete ownership of DPS’ business development activities
- Target and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors, including corporate and high-net-worth individuals
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Work closely with technical teams to create tailored security solutions
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Represent Detego Professional Services at industry events, client meetings, and conferences
- Drive the strategic expansion of our professional monitoring services
What We’re Looking For:
- An entrepreneurial leader with proven experience in CCTV and surveillance technology
- Strong commercial acumen and business development track record
- Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution capabilities
- Deep understanding of security monitoring and incident management
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in building and scaling successful business operations
- Ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges
Location: UK-based with flexibility for hybrid working
