The Role:

Building on the success of our award-winning digital forensics software, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead global sales initiatives for Detego Case Manager, our highly customisable case management platform. Experience in digital forensics or case management is desirable but not essential.

You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth while championing the evolution of Detego Case Manager on an international scale.

Location: UK-based (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive and based on experience (plus commissions)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive global sales of Detego Case Manager across law enforcement, government, military, and enterprise sectors.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to influence product development and roadmap decisions based on client feedback and emerging industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to diverse audiences, from end-users to board-level executives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, with access to uncapped commission structures and performance incentives.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in software sales, ideally in case management, digital forensics, or investigative technologies.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-growth team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Valid driver’s licence and passport.
