The Role:

Detego Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, covering the USA. If you have a proven track record in sales and business development in digital forensics, and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital forensics, incident response (DFIR), cybersecurity, and software solutions, along with a strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and tools. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a must.

This role demands adaptability, exceptional performance, and the ability to navigate the evolving needs of a fast-paced business environment.

Superior communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a collaborative approach are essential. The position involves frequent travel across the USA for customer engagements, events, and seminars, along with delivering webinars and product demonstrations.

A driver’s license is required, along with the flexibility to travel, including overnight stays each month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across the USA by delivering cutting-edge technology to law enforcement, military, government, and corporate sectors.
  • Develop and manage existing customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Deliver results aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent Detego Global at customer meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in digital forensics, incident response, cybersecurity, or software solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

 

Perks and Benefits:

  • Work from home with travel across the USA (1-2 times per month).
  • Base salary (TBD based on experience) + uncapped commissions and bonuses (OTE $250K+ for high performers).
  • 15 days annual leave plus birthday leave, with additional days based on KPI achievements.

Daily/Weekly Activities:

  • Engage with clients and prospects via phone calls, emails, site visits, product demos, and webinars.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular account management activities, including trial setups, web demos, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in events, in-person presentations, and webinars.
