The Role:

Detego Global is seeking an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Executive to join our growing marketing team at our Midrand office in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Our award-winning, patented digital forensics technology and highly customisable case management solutions are used by law enforcement, military, intelligence agencies, and corporate organisations around the world to help prevent and investigate crime, uncover critical evidence, and support the pursuit of justice. By joining Detego Global, you’ll have the opportunity to work with technology that makes a genuine difference, helping us bring powerful investigative tools to the people who need them most.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will take ownership of our global websites, customer portals, and associated digital platforms, while supporting digital marketing campaigns, search optimisation, lead generation, and online growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on website development and management experience, combined with practical expertise in Google Ads, SEO, digital analytics, and email marketing. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple websites independently, troubleshooting technical issues, building new digital experiences, and using performance data to drive improvements.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of our digital presence, collaborate with an international team spanning the UK, US, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and contribute to technology that makes a positive impact worldwide. You’ll also have a clear pathway to progress into a Digital Marketing Manager role as the function grows.
